Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products such as breast pumps and baby bottles, once these items have been opened or used, they are no longer eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item first. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returned items must remain in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the refund processing.
