How long will the order arrive?

Total delivery time consists of 1-2 business days for processing plus regional shipping:

  • UK, SG, AU: 3-8 business days.
  • US, MX: 5-15 business days.
  • CA, EU: 6-10 business days.
  • Other Countries: Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
    (Tracking number included for all packages).
How can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us via service@drisla.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order enters the "Processing" stage (1-2 business days), cancellations or modifications cannot be made.

My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it. Why?

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered 24 hours before arrival. Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or safe drop locations first. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us for assistance.

The product I ordered doesn't fit. What can I do?

For breast pump flanges/inserts, we offer exchange guidelines. Please do not open or use the product if the size is incorrect due to hygiene reasons. Contact us with your order number to request the correct size package.

Can I exchange a product?


Yes. We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, opened personal care items (like breast pumps/bottles) cannot be exchanged unless defective.
