A replacement nipple can look almost identical to the one already on your bottle and still be the wrong match. Neck shape, collar design, model family, and labeled specification all matter.
Before ordering, collect the bottle’s identifying information and compare the accessory listing line by line.
Record the exact bottle model
Use the model printed on the bottle, packaging, order history, or manual. Include the capacity because some bottle families offer several sizes with different accessory notes.
Match more than the appearance
Check the neck style, collar, vent arrangement, and the model numbers listed on the replacement page. Do not assume two products share a nipple because the color and diameter look similar.
If the accessory lists a labeled flow or stage, select only according to the product guidance you are following; this article does not give individual feeding recommendations.
Inspect the other parts at the same time
A leak or loose fit may involve the collar, vent, or bottle thread rather than the nipple alone. Examine each part and avoid combining pieces from unconfirmed models.
Keep the original packaging or save a screenshot of the accessory listing for future reference.
A simple checklist
- Bottle model and capacity recorded.
- Collar and neck style confirmed.
- Accessory page lists the exact model.
- Other sealing parts inspected.

Is the same diameter enough to prove compatibility?
No. Fit also depends on the collar, neck, vent, and model design.
Can I choose a replacement based only on a marketplace photo?
Use the official compatibility information and ask support when the model list is unclear.
